Calling all bird lovers! Exotic Wings & Pet Things will be flapping into the 2024 Christmas Canadian Pet Expo on November 23rd & 24th. Find us at booth #600 - #605 where we'll be offering exciting features:
- Expert Bird Grooming: Treat your feathered friend to a pampering session with our professional groomers. Appointments are not required but are recommended.
- Shopping: Stock up on your favorite bird supplies! But remember, quantities will be limited at the booth.
- Pre-Order ahead of time to be guaranteed you get everything on your bird's wish list. Pick it up at the show to save the shipping!

Pre-Order Instructions
- Select the "Pickup At Show" button on the cart drawer before proceeding to the checkout screen. Your order will automatically be flagged as a show pickup order via a special order note.
- Proceed to the checkout portal to finalize your order.
- Please select "Local Pickup" as your "Delivery Method". (It will say Exotic Wings is the pickup location do not worry about this).
- Enter your payment and billing information and checkout.
- We will send you two order confirmation emails. One for the order itself and one to confirm the pre-order status of the order. Make sure you are subscribed to our emails to avoid any delays for the second email confirmation.

The CPE family and exhibitors welcome you to the 2024 Christmas Canadian Pet Expo! We're excited to present 3 new features at this event:
- Feline Fest: an entire 30 000 square foot hall devoted to cats!
- Bird & Small Pet Zone: two unique spaces have evolved into one to highlight these charming pets!
- Fall Artisan Market: a special market for handmade gifts, crafters, plant purveyors and artists of animal themed items.
Don't forget interactive activities, a TICA Cat Show, creative grooming demos, celebrity pets and pet-focused marketplaces featuring some of the best pet product vendors in the industry!

Bringing Your Pet to the Expo?
Please download, complete, and print the pet waiver prior to the event.
All pets must be on a lead that is no greater than 48". We suggest that small pets attend the event in a pet stroller or carrier that is comfortable for them.

Ticket Info
One day e-ticket prices are as follows
- Adult (Ages 16 - 64): $22.00
- Senior (Ages 65+): $15.00
- Youth (Ages 7 - 15): $15.00
- Weekend Passes are Available!
Ticket holders will be given priority admission at the time of entry. Please arrive with your printed ticket and if you are coming with a family pet, please have your hard copy of the completed pet waiver accompanying your arrival.
Remember to buy passes in order to enter the show and pickup your pre-order.

We will have various services avaiable at the event. Including but not limited to:
Education
Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they will be pleased to answer your questions! Education is the key to a happy, healthy pet. We can provide education on many topics at the show for all types of animals and live plants, including:
- Toys & Enrichment - Types and suggestions for your bird(s).
- Cages & Housing - What's an appropirate cage for your bird and how to set it up.
- Nutritional Audit - Making sure you're feeding the best for your pet.
- Foraging - Ideas & inspiration for your pet(s)
- And more!
Please note: We will not be answering pet behavioural questions at the event. These types of questions require a lot of time and evaluation of the animal. You can book an avian consulting here if you are looking for behavioural support.
Bird Grooming
We will be offering bird grooming services at our booth. We can groom the following:
- Nails
- Beaks
- Wings
- Any bird, any size
All birds arriving for grooming MUST be in a travel carrier - no exceptions.
Appointments are optional but do have priority. Please have patience and we will get to you and your bird(s) as quickly as possible. Thanks!
Shopping at Our Booth
All of your favourite avian and small pet supplies are available to purchase at our booth. Quantities will be limited, so be sure to place your pre-order to ensure you get all the items you need. Instructions for placing a pre-order can be found near the top of this page.
Please Note: Exotic Wings & Pet Things Inc. will not be selling live birds at the event. If you would like to purchase or meet a bird, please call the store at 519-699-5656.
Pre-Order Pickups
Please visit our booth with your name and order number and one of our employees will assist you with your order.
